3/23/2010 Micheal A. Leccese Dear Mr. Leccese, I understand originally Air to Air Heat Pumps were to be installed in this house. After speaking with John Norris, I was informed Michael Leccese contacted him and through a group effort negotiated and coordinated with ABC to install Flordia Heat Pump Geothermal units. On March 13th, 2009, my family received the most wonderful gift in the world and that was a New Home from Extreme Makeover Home Edition. During the presentation Ty Pennington told us that the house was 2500square feet and had two 32.5 EER Geothermal Heat Pumps in it compliments of you and Mechanical Equipment Sales Inc. After having lived in a home for fifteen years that was 1128 square feet and it only had one electric heat pump and our electric bill was $400.00 to $600.00 every month, two Heat Pumps of any kind scared me to death at first. However; I got a wonderful surprise, in the past week we celebrated our 1 year anniversary in the home. Our highest electric bill was less than half of our lowest bill in our old home. The average electric bill has been $157.00. We have two teenagers that are always leaving doors open or a light switch on, so without the efficiency of the Geothermal Heat Pumps we would be worse off than we were before. You have been like an angel sent to our family. Being on a fixed income sometimes it seems the money would run out before the month did. I can never say enough about how wonderful Geothermal Heat Pumps are. It is without a doubt the most efficient heating and cooling I have ever seen.
